555mm Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 555mm website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who interact with the 555mm Platform in any capacity. Use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

555mm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the 555mm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 555mm strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, and age verification is enforced through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and similar legal structures may not register accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by 555mm or any affiliated responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 555mm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

555mm reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, 555mm may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and return any undisputed balance to the registered payment method.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access betting markets, casino games, and payment services on 555mm, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 555mm to terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 555mm Platform. Duplicate accounts identified by name, National ID, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying attribute will be flagged, merged, or permanently closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

555mm is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of at least one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport with photograph and signature pages
• Bangladesh driving licence issued by BRTA

In addition to identity documentation, proof of payment method and proof of residential address may be requested. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. 555mm processes KYC submissions within three (3) business days. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All transactions and activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

555mm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 555mm does not charge processing fees on deposits. Fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to review for higher amounts)
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳500,000 per verified account

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours are processed on the next available business day. 555mm reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible. 555mm strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals conducted on behalf of, or by, a third party. Detection of third-party payment activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a deposit made to 555mm constitutes a fraudulent act. 555mm will suspend the relevant account immediately upon receiving notice of a chargeback and will pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

555mm offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is advertised:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be satisfied within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 555mm reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• 555mm reserves the right to void any bets or winnings and recover bonus funds where it determines that a player has abused or exploited the spirit of a promotion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 555mm are subject to the specific game rules of the relevant product — casino games, sports betting, live dealer, or crash games such as Aviator. In all cases, the rules of 555mm take precedence over any other source.

Bets are confirmed only when they receive a valid confirmation reference from the 555mm system. A bet is not valid until this confirmation is issued. 555mm accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, device failure, or incomplete submission by the player.

6.2 Void Bets

555mm reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or game round had concluded
• The bet was placed at an erroneous price caused by a technical or human error
• The event or game is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered after bet placement
• The bet is found to have been placed using a prohibited method, automated script, or as part of an identified abuse pattern

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product and are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface at the time of placement. 555mm reserves the right to impose personalised stake limits on any account at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555mm Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events where the outcome has been manipulated or where you possess material non-public information.
• Automated betting: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or exploiting promotion mechanics to obtain bonuses beyond entitlement.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 555mm staff, support agents, or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

555mm is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, available from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 555mm Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555mm Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of 555mm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 555mm.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555mm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

555mm's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555mm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 555mm is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of relying on information displayed on the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

555mm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

555mm implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores passwords using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. 555mm does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Amendments to These Terms

555mm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 555mm will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming and consumer protection standards. 555mm operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 555mm complies with the laws applicable in your location.

In the event of any dispute between you and 555mm, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 555mm aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Class action proceedings are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
